DUAL FILTERS

Valveless, bidirectional filtration

Air is filtered on both inhalation and exhalation through twin filter cartridges — the wearer is protected, and unlike valved respirators, so is everyone around them.

TRANSPARENT SHELL

A face you can still see

A clear shell preserves lip movement, expression, and eye contact — visual cues that speech intelligibility and everyday connection depend on.

SOFT-SEAL FIT

Built for hours, not minutes

A soft foam seal and engineered strap geometry target reduced breathing resistance and fatigue across a full shift or a full flight.

Validation Pathway

Independent testing, run in parallel

ClearWorks does not run its own human-subjects testing. Fit, communication, and breathing-resistance performance are validated by independent third-party laboratories against recognized standards, with NIOSH certification testing as the terminal step.

Fit factor performance across all three sizes, evaluated by an independent lab under standard QNFT protocol.

Modified Rhyme Test methodology assesses how well the transparent, valveless design preserves intelligible speech under load.

Physiology

Work of breathing

Instrumented testing to ISO breathing-resistance standards, characterizing wearer effort over extended use.

In-house preliminary fit testing has shown fit factors in the range of 140–200. Formal, independent validation across all three sizes is in progress; results referenced here will be updated as third-party data is finalized.
